Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and management;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure;
• Attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with confidential information;
• Willingness to work overtime when needed;
