We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office by carrying out various duties such as filing, organizing, data entry, and general office management. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors and answering phones
• Answering inquiries and providing information to customers
• Maintaining filing systems and updating records
• Assisting with other daily administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience working in an administrative role
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
