Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our Abu-Dhabi team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, and leading employee engagement initiatives. The salary on offer is 1500 AED per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
• Lead employee engagement initiatives such as performance reviews and career pathing programs
• Oversee onboarding of new hires
• Develop policies and procedures for the HR department
• Maintain records related to personnel activities such as hiring, training, grievances, performance reviews etc.
• Address any employee concerns or grievances in an efficient and timely manner
• Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information; identifying trends; recommending new policies or approaches
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent field required
• Five years of experience in a similar role required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
• Proven problem-solving skills with a customer service focus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Knowledge of UAE labor laws preferred
