We are currently seeking an Office Clerk to join our team here in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual who has a passion for providing excellent administrative support. The Office Clerk will be responsible for providing support to the day-to-day operations of the office and its staff members, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, sorting mail, and completing basic clerical duties as required. They should have excellent organizational skills, as well as strong customer service skills to ensure all visitors have a positive experience while in the office. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable working with computers and various software applications to complete tasks efficiently.
In addition to this, we are offering a competitive salary of 1800/month for this position. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this role.
We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
• Strong familiarity with various software applications
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Good interpersonal communication skills
