We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The position will be responsible for providing administrative support and services to our staff. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who is looking to expand their skillset and gain more responsibility.
The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should also have experience in managing office operations, creating documents such as reports and presentations as well as handling customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain office operations by organizing daily activities; update filing systems; ensure that all paperwork is properly completed and filed
• Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities; create development plans; provide performance feedback
• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and requests
• Handle all incoming calls and emails efficiently
• Prepare reports, presentations as well as other documents using appropriate software
• Assist in the hiring process of new employees by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Represent the organization at various events/meetings as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
• Proven experience of 3+ years in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
