Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task efficiently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and appointments, ordering supplies, and filing documents.
• Provide administrative support for executives and other departments as needed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
• Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure smooth functioning of operations.
• Process documents including invoices, purchase orders, reports, letters, memos etc.
• Create presentations using MS Office applications.
• Compile data from various sources for reports or analysis.
• Ensure that all systems are properly maintained with up-to-date information.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines accurately.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
