We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position requires that the successful candidate have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills as well as an attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The Office Administrator should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and have experience with customer service. The individual will be responsible for managing office operations such as filing, sorting incoming mail, coordinating office supplies orders, maintaining office equipment, making bank deposits and other administrative duties. They will also provide customer service support by responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
