We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the office operations, ensuring smooth running of the day-to-day operations. The individual must be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
The main duties and responsibilities of the Office Assistant include:
• Managing office supplies inventory and ordering new supplies as needed
• Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary
• Working with vendors to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly
• Greeting visitors and providing them with assistance when appropriate
• Assisting with the scheduling of meetings, appointments, interviews, etc.
• Preparing correspondence or other documents as needed
• Maintaining filing systems for various documents
• Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
• Providing administrative support to staff as requested
• Performing other duties assigned by the management.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in an office setting. They must possess excellent computer skills including knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask is essential for this role. We are also willing to consider an immigrant candidate who meets the necessary requirements. The salary for this position is 900 AED per month
