Office Assistant - Al Shamkhah City
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. This position offers a salary of 1700 and has a range of exciting benefits. We are also open to considering skilled immigrants for the role.
Job Duties:
• Manage office supplies inventory and order items as needed
• Greet visitors and answer phone calls
• Manage filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, etc.
• Carry out general administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing etc.
• Maintain office equipment such as copiers, printers, scanners etc.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
