Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will lead our kitchen team with creativity, enthusiasm and a passion for preparing high quality meals with fresh ingredients. We offer a competitive salary of AED 1600 per month and are open to considering foreign applicants.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role. He/she must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a professional kitchen team. The candidate must also have strong culinary knowledge of both local and international dishes, as well as a good understanding of food safety procedures. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills in order to effectively coordinate between the kitchen staff and the restaurant management team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff to ensure that all menu items are prepared according to approved recipes with fresh ingredients of high quality standards. He/She will also be responsible for managing the stock levels in the kitchen by ensuring that all orders are placed on time and accurately received from suppliers. Additionally, he/she must also ensure that all food safety regulations are being followed in the kitchen at all times and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the area. He/She should also coordinate with other departments such as front of house staff to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant.
