Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate is expected to have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and an ability to manage multiple tasks. The candidate must be proactive, able to work independently, and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenging tasks.
The responsibilities of this role include managing office supplies, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files and documents, creating agendas and taking minutes during meetings, providing administrative support as needed, responding to phone calls and emails promptly, handling customer inquiries, processing documents in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring all deadlines are met accurately, developing spreadsheets for data analysis purposes. In addition to these duties the candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The ideal candidate is required to have minimal work experience but must possess strong attention to detail skills as well as good problem-solving abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of another language is a plus.
