Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the team, as well as other departments within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support to the team including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal/external use
• Assist in organizing corporate events such as conferences, training sessions, etc.
• Maintain a filing system for documents related to all operations of the department
• Handle all incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Ensure that all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of office procedures and ability to use office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners etc.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications especially Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Salary: 1700 AED
