Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the team, as well as other departments within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
β’ Provide general administrative support to the team including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence
β’ Prepare reports and presentations for internal/external use
β’ Assist in organizing corporate events such as conferences, training sessions, etc.
β’ Maintain a filing system for documents related to all operations of the department
β’ Handle all incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
β’ Ensure that all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time
β’ Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
β’ Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
β’ Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
β’ Knowledge of office procedures and ability to use office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners etc.
β’ Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications especially Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
β’ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Salary: 1700 AED
