We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will oversee the general cleanliness and upkeep of our premises, as well as monitor the performance of housekeeping personnel.
The main duties and responsibilities of a Housekeeping Manager include: developing cleaning schedules; ensuring that all cleaning staff follows safety protocols; overseeing inventory management; coordinating with vendors and suppliers; training housekeeping staff; monitoring quality control for services; auditing housekeeping service levels on a regular basis. In addition, the role requires an ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers and business partners.
We offer a salary of 1600 AED per month for this position, which is negotiable depending on experience. We are open to considering applications from foreign nationals. To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry with previous management experience preferred. Proficiency in English is essential for this role, with additional language skills an advantage. A valid driver’s license is also desirable.
