Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail. The position offers a salary of 1200 per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
The Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including responding to customer inquiries, managing data entry and records, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role with strong computer skills. They should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
The main duties of the Administrator include:
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Managing data entry and records
• Preparing reports as required
• Maintaining office supplies by ordering supplies when needed
• Answering phone calls and handling other administrative tasks
• Assisting with projects as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field is preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role is required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
