Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support for our office. This role offers a salary of 1300 AED per month and we are willing to consider foreign nationals.
Job Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to the office staff
-Manage the daily calendar and schedule of meetings
-Type, format, edit, proofread and print documents according to company standards
-Organize travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels and rental cars
-Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
-Maintain filing systems both electronic and physical files
-Ensure all documents are correctly filed and stored away safely
-Perform other related duties as required by the office manager or management team
Job Requirements:
-At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role
-Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Excellent verbal communication skills in English
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working hours: 9am - 5pm (with an hour lunch break) | Location: Sharjah | Salary: 1300 AED per month
