Job Title: Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1400 QAR/Month
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the day-to-day operations of the office, and ensuring that all tasks are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
β’ Greet visitors, answer phone calls and perform other front desk duties.
β’ Manage the day-to-day operations of the office including filing documents, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
β’ Maintain office supplies by ordering materials as needed.
β’ Prepare reports and presentations as required.
β’ Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
β’ Record meeting minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
β’ Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
β’ Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
β’ Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant is preferred but not required.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
β’ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
