Job Title: Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1400 QAR/Month
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the day-to-day operations of the office, and ensuring that all tasks are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls and perform other front desk duties.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office including filing documents, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Maintain office supplies by ordering materials as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required.
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails.
• Record meeting minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
