Key Focus of Role:
Provide support to the Recruitment Manager & Branch Manager;
Take responsibility for social media advertising campaign for candidate attraction;
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Collaborate with branch manager & the Business Developments in Dubai to set qualification criteria for future employees
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Interface with relevant embassies and government departments to ensure smooth processing.
Key attributes
Ideally understand the bulk overseas recruitment industry;
Expert at candidate attraction through the use of social media;
Understand effective candidate screening;
Knows how to obtain large numbers of candidates;
Understands government processing requirements for overseas deployments;
Able to effectively communicate with head office staff;
Problem solving abilities and looks for solutions.
Fluent in English and highly computer literate.
Salary and Benefits to match competency. We are a results driven organization whereby everybody earns commission, it is not unusual for our staff to earn 5 times their salary in commission payments.
