Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product inventory, optimizing sales, and developing relationships with vendors. You must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask. We offer a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Develops product assortments based on customer needs
• Monitors inventory levels to ensure availability of products
• Negotiates deals with vendors for discounts and promotions
• Develops plans to increase sales of products in store
• Prepares reports on promotional activities, sales trends, and customer feedback
• Interacts with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures of the company
• Attends trade shows or events to promote products or services
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• 5+ years' experience as a merchandiser in the retail industry
• Knowledge of retail operations, customer service standards, budgeting techniques, product pricing strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Salary & Benefits
