Job Summary:
Merchandiser needed for Reef Al Fujairah City, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the store's merchandise and sales. The position offers an attractive salary of 1800 AED per month.
Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the retail industry and be able to manage a team of sales personnel effectively. He/she should also possess excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, and be able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. We are also willing to consider a foreigner for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage all merchandise in store
• Ensure that store shelves are properly stocked with merchandise
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure that stock is replenished when necessary
• Ensure that the display areas are attractive and inviting for customers
• Provide customer service as needed, including responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events when necessary
• Create reports on stock levels, sales performance, customer feedback etc.
• Assist in training new staff members on sales techniques and product knowledge
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Retail Management preferred
• At least two years of experience in retail merchandising or management
• Strong knowledge of the retail industry
• Excellent communication skills • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
