Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate is an organized, reliable and detail-oriented individual, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our managers and employees. This includes answering phone calls, maintaining filing systems, scheduling meetings and appointments, taking messages, greeting visitors and ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked.

The successful applicant must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel etc.)

We welcome candidates with minimal work experience as well as immigrants who want to join our team. The salary is 1800 AED per month.
