Office Manager Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and coordination skills, be proactive and able to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, as well as providing administrative support to all members of staff.
Duties:
• Manage and coordinate all office activities;
• Manage communication between departments;
• Ensure that all office supplies are stocked;
• Maintain records of all invoices;
• Manage and oversee the filing system;
• Ensure that all security protocols are adhered to;
• Develop and implement new administrative systems;
• Prepare reports as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not necessary;
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant role;
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
• Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc); • Immigrant friendly (we welcome applications from immigrants).
Salary: 1600 AED per month
