Office Manager Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and coordination skills, be proactive and able to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, as well as providing administrative support to all members of staff.
Duties:
β’ Manage and coordinate all office activities;
β’ Manage communication between departments;
β’ Ensure that all office supplies are stocked;
β’ Maintain records of all invoices;
β’ Manage and oversee the filing system;
β’ Ensure that all security protocols are adhered to;
β’ Develop and implement new administrative systems;
β’ Prepare reports as required.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not necessary;
β’ Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant role;
β’ Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
β’ Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment;
β’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc); β’ Immigrant friendly (we welcome applications from immigrants).
Salary: 1600 AED per month
