Job Title: Administrator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED per month
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Administrator to join our growing team at our Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, an eye for detail and be able to multi-task easily. He/She should also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the office, including filing documents, running errands and maintaining records
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, organizing events and preparing reports
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain an organized filing system for all documents related to the office
• Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations by proactively addressing any issues that may arise
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in an Administrative role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
