Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the rest of the staff, ensuring the office functions efficiently and effectively. The right person should have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and be able to work autonomously. As part of the role, you will be responsible for organizing travel arrangements, managing accounts payable/receivable, scheduling meetings, coordinating events and maintaining office supplies. Salary is 1300. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
Needs for Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role within a corporate environment. They must possess strong computer skills and be familiar with basic accounting software. Additionally, they must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. A successful Office Administrator must also demonstrate high levels of professionalism in written and verbal communication as well as having strong problem-solving capabilities.
