We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We offer a competitive salary of AED 1500/month and are open to considering foreign applicants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the management team. They will also manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including filing, organizing meetings, taking phone calls and messages. The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a Secretary, preferably with at least 2 years in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance to management staff
• Take phone calls and messages from visitors, clients and colleagues
• Maintain organized filing systems for paperwork and documents
• Organize meetings and take detailed minutes
• Greet visitors upon arrival and ensure their comfort during their visit
• Ensure office supplies are always stocked up
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Secretary or similar role
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Proven ability to multitask effectively while managing competing priorities
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
