Job Summary
We are looking for a Secretary to join our fast-paced team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. You will provide support to the staff, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and ensure that the office runs smoothly. We offer a competitive salary of 1100 for this role.

Responsibilities
- Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other employees and following up on their progress
- Prepare paperwork for meetings and conferences
- Sort incoming mail/emails and respond to routine letters
- Prepare outgoing mail/emails
- Greet visitors at reception area
- Maintain filing system
- Take minutes during meetings
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a secretary or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
