Office assistant job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, including managing incoming mail, filing paperwork, managing inventory, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for answering phones and greeting visitors.
To qualify for this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or similar role. You must also have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Additionally, you must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with people from different cultures. A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred but not required.
We offer a competitive salary of 1700 AED/month with potential bonus opportunities based on performance. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
