The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensuring the highest quality of food is served. You will be responsible for menu planning, developing new recipes and overseeing the restaurant's food supply. You will manage the ordering of ingredients, preparation of meals and quality control.

Your duties and responsibilities include: creating menus that are creative and appealing; monitoring the inventory of ingredients; training kitchen staff as needed; ensuring that all health and safety regulations are being followed; developing new recipes; ensuring that meals are cooked properly; working with suppliers to ensure food quality; overseeing kitchen staff performance; handling customer complaints.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of cooking techniques, excellent organizational skills, good problem-solving ability and a great eye for detail.
