Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking a Secretary for our office located in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a sense of responsibility and dedication to their work. They should also be able to work independently and efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
The primary responsibilities of the Secretary include managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments, organizing documents, maintaining records, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support. Additionally, the Secretary will be responsible for a variety of other tasks assigned by management.
The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel). In addition to this, experience with any type of document management system would be beneficial. Immigrants are welcome to apply; however no prior experience is required for this position. The salary offered is 900 per month.
