Job Description
We are currently looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, organizational and secretarial support to the staff at our office. A key part of this role includes managing incoming emails, phone calls and visitors as well as organizing travel and event bookings. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to carry out research tasks, create presentations and reports and maintain office records.

Requirements for Successful Candidate
The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role as well as excellent communication skills both verbal and written. They must be highly organized with good attention to detail. Additionally, they should possess strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
