Office assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for foreigners
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as an Office Assistant is preferred, but we are ready to consider a foreigner with minimal work experience.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones and routing calls as needed
• Maintaining filing systems and databases
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Managing office supplies and ordering new items when necessary
• Handling incoming mail and other correspondence
• Preparation of documents, reports, presentations, etc.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
