Job Title: Office Manager (Abu-Dhabi)
Salary: 1500 AED per month
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of an office, including administrative tasks, employee management and client relations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
• Experience in customer service and public relations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate if necessary; we are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Hire, train, evaluate and discipline office staff as needed.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints as needed.
• Manage office budgets including monitoring expenditure levels against budget allocations; ensure the efficient use of resources.
