Office Manager - Abu Dhabi
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative staff, performing customer service duties, and providing direction to support staff. The salary offered is 1500. We are ready to consider an immigrant.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations;
• Manage administrative staff;
• Coordinate customer service activities;
• Manage inventory and supplies;
• Maintain filing system;
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail;
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
• Prepare reports as needed;
• Assist in planning special events as needed;
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred;
• Proven experience as Office Manager or similar role;
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); • Organizational skills with attention to detail; • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
