HR Manager (1400 AED) - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the HR department, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management and training. They will also be required to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with management and staff at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop recruitment plans and strategies to attract suitable candidates
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from job postings to interviews
• Handle employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary matters, complaints and performance management
• Administer payroll processing accurately and on time
• Develop and implement HR policies that ensure compliance with employment law regulations
• Liaise with relevant government departments for visa applications, renewals etc.
• Provide advice on training and development programmes to improve staff skillset
• Ensure all paperwork relating to employee termination is processed correctly
• Maintain accurate records of staff attendance & absences in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager (minimum 5 years) • Knowledgeable about employment law regulations & best practices • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment • Immigrants are welcome to apply.
