We are looking for a reliable and experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The right candidate will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day administrative processes.
The successful candidate should have a good working knowledge of computer systems, excellent organizational skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be able to multi-task and work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
The Office Clerk’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to providing administrative support to the management team, managing office supplies, filing documents, handling incoming calls and emails, organizing meetings, scheduling appointments and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
We offer an attractive salary of 1300 AED per month plus other benefits such as medical insurance, vacation allowance and more. We are open to consider an immigrant for this job opportunity if they meet all the requirements listed above.
