We are looking for an experienced Teacher to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of subjects to students in grades 3 to 6. This is a full-time position with a salary of AED 1600 per month. We are open to considering applications from immigrants.

The key responsibilities of the Teacher include:

• Developing lesson plans and delivering instruction that meets the needs of each individual student
• Assessing student performance and providing feedback and guidance to help them improve
• Working with colleagues to design activities that promote active learning
• Implementing classroom management strategies that ensure a safe, engaging, and productive learning environment
• Participating in professional development activities
• Attending parent-teacher conferences
• Developing positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure the best possible educational outcomes.

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience teaching students in the relevant grade levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships with students and school staff members
• Knowledge of current trends in education technology; ability to integrate into classroom instruction as appropriate
• Ability to manage large classes effectively
