Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team and take responsibility for driving sales in our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing merchandise strategies that will increase revenue and profitability. This includes creating visually appealing displays, selecting products, and maximizing floor space to ensure effective product placement. A successful Merchandiser must have excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to monitor trends in the industry.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• At least two years of experience as a merchandiser
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel)
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong verbal communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
