Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This position requires the applicant to provide administrative support to the office staff, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented. They should also have good communication skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Demands for the Candidate
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, however prior experience in an office assistant role will be considered.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workloads while remaining calm under pressure.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with executives, staff members, clients, and vendors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
