Summary:
We are looking for an Office Assistant for our Sharjah office with a salary of 1700 AED. We are open to hiring a foreigner with no prior experience in the field. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to quickly adapt to new tasks and workflows, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Organize documents, files, mail, etc. according to policy
• Schedule meetings and appointments as needed
• Ensure office supplies are stocked up at all times • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with customers/clients/co-workers • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working as an office assistant or similar role • Knowledge of clerical practices such as filing systems & record keeping • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
