Job Description:
We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. As the Merchandiser, you will be responsible for stocking shelves with merchandise, setting up displays and promoting products to customers. You will also be required to ensure that all products are well maintained and in good condition.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and have the ability to work independently. We are open to considering foreigners with minimal work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain shelf displays according to company standards
- Help customers select appropriate items according to their needs
- Restock shelves as needed
- Promote new products and special offers to customers
- Monitor customer feedback and report any issues or complaints to management
- Ensure that all products are in good condition and comply with safety regulations
- Keep up with industry trends and changes in product lines
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales figures, and other data related to merchandising activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proficient understanding of merchandising principles such as pricing, promotion and customer service
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language is a must
