The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in managing a library and possess excellent organizational skills. They should also be able to carry out research tasks, maintaining accurate records, and managing inventory. Additionally, they should be knowledgeable about the latest library technologies and have strong computer skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks related to the library, including cataloging resources, organizing collections, and helping users locate materials. In addition, they will provide assistance with research projects, answer inquiries from users regarding library services and materials, and help ensure that all library policies are followed.
