We are currently looking for a Secretary for our office in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the team and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

The role requires taking phone calls, handling email inquiries, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, taking notes at meetings, filing paperwork and preparing presentations. The Secretary will also be responsible for handling ad hoc tasks as required by the management.
