We are looking for an Office Clerk to join a fast-growing team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is ideal for an individual with no prior experience, who is eager to learn new skills and develop themselves professionally. The successful applicant will work with other members of staff to ensure the efficient running of the office environment.
The Office Clerk will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, organizing meetings, preparing documents and correspondence, handling incoming and outgoing mail, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The successful applicant should also have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable dealing with clients on a daily basis.
