Administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We offer a salary of 1300 and would consider an immigrant for the role.
The successful candidate should possess at least 2 years of administrative experience and have a range of skills in order to provide effective support to the business. The ideal candidate must be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working with various people.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings
• Provide administrative support to staff members
• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly to all queries
• Prepare reports, presentations, memos, letters, memos and other documents
• Maintain records of office expenses and costs
• Update databases with new information as needed
• Assist in planning events such as conferences or trainings
• Assist with onboarding new hires into the company
• Manage office supplies inventory
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
