Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator for our Abu-Dhabi office. The ideal candidate has excellent organisational skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the office, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting with administrative tasks.
The Office Administrator will be expected to handle a variety of tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, filing documents, handling mail, answering phone calls and emails from customers, and resolving customer inquiries. The position will also require the successful candidate to keep up with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings and appointments, taking minutes of meetings, preparing reports and presentations as required by management.
The ideal applicant should have strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Excellent organisational skills are essential for this role in order to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed promptly and accurately. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess knowledge of computers and software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) as well as good typing speed.
