Office assistant job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled worker
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized office assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with great attention to detail and accuracy. The position requires a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide support to the team with a variety of administrative tasks. This includes responding to emails, scheduling appointments for colleagues, handling incoming calls with customers and clients, filing important documents, preparing reports or presentations as needed and providing support with projects or other tasks as assigned.
Additionally, this role requires excellent customer service skills when dealing with customers or clients as well as an ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to complete projects in a timely manner.
