Job Title: Secretary
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 1300/month
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team at our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be highly detail-oriented and have great communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone calls, take messages and transfer calls as necessary
• Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact
• Assist with the organization of meetings, conferences and other events
• Maintain a hard copy filing system and electronic databases related to the office's activities
• Draft and type correspondence, reports or other documents
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Open, sort, distribute incoming correspondence (postal mail, emails etc.)
• Provide general administrative support for the team.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a secretary or relevant administrative role
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is desirable but not essential
