Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and professional individual to fill the position of Secretary in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, organizing meetings and schedules, and taking care of routine office tasks.
Responsibilities:
β’ Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
β’ Schedule meetings and coordinate events as requested
β’ Prepare reports and documents for internal use
β’ Manage filing systems both paper-based and electronic
β’ Perform data entry tasks into various software programs
β’ Greet visitors at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate personnel
β’ Liaise with other departments as needed
β’ Maintain office supplies and equipment as needed
Qualifications:
β’ High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelorβs degree preferred
β’ Excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English & Arabic
β’ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skills:
β’ Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships with customers/clients/visitors
β’ Ability to multitask while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment β’ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a strong sense of urgency
