Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and professional individual to fill the position of Secretary in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, organizing meetings and schedules, and taking care of routine office tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
• Schedule meetings and coordinate events as requested
• Prepare reports and documents for internal use
• Manage filing systems both paper-based and electronic
• Perform data entry tasks into various software programs
• Greet visitors at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Liaise with other departments as needed
• Maintain office supplies and equipment as needed
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English & Arabic
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skills:
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships with customers/clients/visitors
• Ability to multitask while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a strong sense of urgency
