We are searching for a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the office staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed according to the company’s standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Secretary's main duties include answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, maintaining filing systems, and taking notes during meetings. Moreover, they will be required to provide support with other administrative tasks such as making travel arrangements and setting up events.
