Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1700 AED/month
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be the face of the company and you must be able to work with a variety of different stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, clients, and visitors to the office
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain contact lists
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Support other departments with various administrative tasks (travel arrangements, event planning etc.) as needed
• Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, records keeping etc.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
