Office assistant vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers
We are currently seeking an Office Assistant for our office in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be self-directed and highly organized.
The Office Assistant will report directly to the Human Resources department and provide administrative support to the HR staff. The position involves managing filing systems, creating reports, scheduling appointments, managing emails, and other general office duties.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and have an eye for detail. Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable but not required. The salary offered is 1700 AED per month. We are open to consider a foreigner for this position as well.
